Pure Prairie League Robinsonville Concert reviews
Certainly not what it once was...
I have been a huge fan of Pure Prairie League for many, many years, always paying top price for the on ice seats, always happy with the show. Unfortunately, I really think it's time to stop going altogether or at least stop paying top dollar for the "better" seats. The top skaters for the most part just redid their competitive programs that we've seen all season, and the only skaters there were Americans, no international or even Canadian skaters, no pairs, no talking or interacting with the audience. This was billed as the 30th anniversary show...and it was lackluster at best. I miss the days of Scott Hamilton and Kurt Browning...the camaraderie of the show, the feeling of a family of skaters...it's just not what it once was.
